
Thanks to dolly girl, the milkshake cool-factor has sky-rocketed. I have tried it and it's not so bad. Try this one. i got this recipe from www.sanitarium.com.au
PEACH & PASSIONFRUIT SHAKE
2 cups canned, sliced peaches, drained.
Pulp from 2large passionfruits.
1 1/2 cups low-fat soy milk or regular milk.
1 tbsp (tablespoon) honey - add more for sweeter shake.
1 tsp (teaspoon) linseed, ground.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
MAKE puree all the ingredients in a blender till smooth (i.e Simply blend all ingredients in the blender)
